CAULIFLOWER PAKODA

NEEDED:
cauliflower - cut  to medium size pieces  with  stem
oil for deep frying

FOR BATTER :
gram flour / besan  -  1 cup
chilly powder
salt
1 tsp ajwain
water as req
rice flour - 1/2 tbsp
haldi/ turmeric powder

mix all the  above said items to a thick batter consistency.

METHOD:
heat oil in a pan . keep in medium flame.
dip the califlower in the batter.
coat each florets with the batter & add to the hot oil , 4 to5 at a time.( dont make it over crowded).
fry till crisp & golden brown .
drain in a tissue paper.
serve hot sprinkled with chat masala  or with ketchep.

NOTE: no need to par boil the cauliflower.
just clean & wash the florets  well.
