SPROUT SALAD


NEEDED:
 green moong sprouts - 1/4 cup
1 tomato - chopped
1 small carrot - finely chopped
 1 cucumber - finely chopped
1 big onion - finely chopped
1/2 lemon - to squeeze at last
pepper powder
chat masala  (opt)

METHOD:
  • combine all the above said items in a bowl.
  • temper mustard in 1 tsp oil &  add to the sprout .
  • add salt & pepper powder. 
  • squeeze half lemon , mix well & ur healthy salad is ready.
