USEFUL TIPS 1


  • Green vegetables lose colour if subjected to continuous heat. So, don't overcook them.
  • Add a little oil and turmeric powder to the dal before placing it in the cooker. It will get done in 10 minutes flat.
  • Don’t leave moisture air on the surface of Jam & jelly and  between the cap of the bottle for storing jam& jelly long time.
  • Sprinkle a little gramflour (besan or channa ka aata) over the vegetables. Gramflour absorbs the excess oil and makes the vegetable tastier.
  • Apply some lemon juice on the cut surface of the apple to avoid browning.
  • They will look fresh for a longer time.
