NEEDED:
coconut (grated)- 1 cup
hing
salt
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp urad dal
red chilly
tamarind little
METHOD:
- In 1 tsp oil add the urad dal , red chilly & fry till golden brown .
- add hing and tamarind and fry for 1 min .
- then add the coconut. just stir once and remove.
- then allow it to cool and then grind to a paste adding salt & water as req.
- have with cooked rice,..............also good with curd rice.
thogayal shd always be thick. do not grind too smooth.
