USEFUL TIPS


  • To prevent chopped brinjals from getting discolored ,keep them in salted water, till req.
  • A handful of well soaked  moong dal added to any salad will increase the proteins & make it extra nutritious.
  • To keep paneer fresh for several days  just wrap it in a blotting paper while storing in a refrigerator.
  • For coconut burfi do not scrap till the brown part, to get a white burfi.
