NEEDED:
Cooked rice
1 lemon
turmeric powder- 1 tsp
green chilly- chopped
salt
3 - 4 tsp oil
1tsp mustard
1/2 tsp urad dal.
1 tsp channa dal
curry leaves
METHOD :
- Temper mustard , u.dal , channa dal, in oil. add the green chillies, curry leaves & haldi .
- now add this to the cooked rice .
- add salt & squeeze the lemon juice .
- mix well & serve.
