BEETROOT LEAF PAKODA



NEEDED:

Beetroot leaf -1 cup -chopped
Cabbage 1/2 cup - chopped
1 tsp ajwain
Hing
Turmeric
Green chilly, ginger - grind  & add (2 tsp)
Salt
Gram flour-- 1/2 cup  or as req

Method:
  • Mix everything in a bowl.( u may not req water).
  • Heat oil in a wok. 
  • Drop this batter little by little , like u make pakoda.
  • Fry till golden brown & remove.
