RADISH KOSHIMBIR




NEEDED

Radish - 1 - grated
Chopped tomato - 1sp (opt)
1/2 tsp oil
Mustard ,
F
1 green chilly - finely chopped.
1/2 lemon
Salt

Method:
  • Temper mustard , green c in oil,
  • Grate the radish . (slightly squeeze the radish & remove the water which comes out).Temper mustard , green chilly in 1/2 tsp oil & add to the grated radish.
  • Add salt, tomato & squeeze lemon .
  • Mix well & serve.
