CHUTNEY





NEEDED:

2 tomatoes
Green chilly
Ginger  small piece
Little corriander
Grated coconut  I tbsp
Salt

METHOD:
  • In 2 tsp oil add the chilly, corriander ,ginger,.tomato ,fry for 2 min .
  • Add coconut ,  Salt &remove.
  • Allow it to cool & grind adding little water if req.
  • Temper mustard in 1 tsp oil & add to the chutney.
  • Mix well  & serve with idly dosa.
