ONION KAJU GRAVY



NEEDED:

 1 big onoin - roughly chopped
cashewnut (if full )  - 7
salt
red chilly powder
haldi
corriander - 1 or 2 tbsp
peas - 1 cup - pressure cooked

METHOD:

  • in 1 tsp oil  fry the oil , till light brown.
  • then grind the fried onion & casewnut  to a smooth paste adding water as req.
  • in a wok add 2 tsp oil & add the paste.
  • add salt , chilly powder, corriander, haldi .
  • add water as req .
  • cook till the bubbles come.
  • then add the cooked peas .
  • cook for few min  & remove .
  •  Simple & a very creamy , tasty recipe which goes well with roti , fried rice...........

NOTE:
 instead of peas can add fresh paneer.
or can add both peas and paneer.
