WHEAT APPAM


NEEDED :

1 cup - wheat flour
1/2 cup approx- jaggery
1 banana - mashed (opt)
Elachi powder
Water as required

METHOD
  • Mix all the above said to a batter consistency. 
  • Take non stick kulliappa mould . 
  • Add 1/4 tsp ghee in each hole.
  • fill each hole with wheat batter and cook on a medium flame.
  • Then turn  the other side carefully and cook for 2 minutes and remove.
