BABY POTATO FRY






NEEDED:

baby potato
Hing
Turmeric powder
Chilly powder
Salt
Oil
Mustard -  1 tsp
Urad dal -1 tsp
Garam masala( opt)

METHOD
  • Pressure cook the potatoes adding water as required. 
  • Then remove and drain the water.
  • Peel the skin.
  • In a wok add oil,  temper mustard ,urad dal and add the potatoes. 
  • Add hing, turmeric, chilly powder, salt. 
  • Stir well  and roast till golden brown.
