CORN POHA TIKKI


 NEEDED:

Sweet corn - 1 cup
2 potatoes  - peel the skin
Poha / beaten rice - 1/ 2 cup ( slightly turn in mixer and keep )
Haldi/ turmeric powder
Green chilly
Ginger - 1/2 the size of a small lemon.
Salt
Chopped corriander

METHOD
  • Pressure cook corn , potato adding haldi.
  • Then drain the water completely. 
  • Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mash it.
  • Now grind the cooked corn,  ginger, green chilly without adding water.  
  • Transfer it to the same bowl, u have kept the mashed potato.
  • Add salt and powdered poha . 
  • Add corriander.  
  • Mix well and make balls.
  • Then take a ball , slightly flatten it .
  • Arrange in a tawa, 5 at a time.
  • Apply oil and cook on both sides, on a medium flame,  till golden brown. 
  • Serve  hot with ketchep.

NOTE:
Poha will absorb  the excess moisture from corn paste.
Make it  spicy...
