GREEN MOONG DAL VADA



NEEDED;
whole green moong - 3/4 cup
whole urad dal - 1/4 cup
little ginger - peel skin and chopped
green chilly
hing
salt
curry leaves
corriander little

METHOD;

  • soak green moong and urad dal in water for 2 hrs .
  • wash twice, drain the water ,
  • add green chilly , hing , ginger .
  • grind adding water as required . ( u may require very less water)
  • then heat oil in a pan and make vada.
  • serve hot with coconut chutney.
