NEEDED
Grapes puree - 1 cup
(Seedless black grapes- Grind )
Sugar - 1 cup
1/4 tsp - citric acid / lemon salt
1 tsp butter
METHOD
In a pan add sugar and puree.
Add lemon salt.
Stir constant , on a medium flame .
Add butter , mix well.
Cook till it slightly thickens.
Remove and spread in a greased plate or leave it to a jam consistency.
NOTE
If u keep it for a long time , it will become very hard.
The ratio of puree and sugar is 1: 1
