NEEDED:
2 onion- roughly chopped
2 Tomato - chopped
Red chilly
Salt
Small piece tamarind ( opt)
Little corriander
2 tsp oil for frying
1 tsp oil , mustard for tempering
METHOD
- In a kadai add 2 tsp oil and fry onion , tomato, red chilly, tamarind.
- Then atlast add corriander, fry for a sec and remove.
- Add salt and cool.
- Then grind this adding water if required.
- Transfer it to a bowl.
- Temper mustard in 1 tsp oil and add to the chutney.
- Mix well and serve.
