ONION TOMATO CHUTNEY




NEEDED:

2 onion- roughly chopped
2 Tomato - chopped
Red chilly
Salt
Small piece tamarind ( opt)
Little corriander
2 tsp oil for frying
1 tsp oil , mustard for tempering


METHOD
  • In a kadai add 2 tsp oil and fry onion , tomato,  red chilly,  tamarind.
  • Then atlast add corriander,  fry for a sec and remove.
  • Add salt and cool.
  • Then grind this adding water if required.
  • Transfer it to a bowl.
  • Temper mustard in 1 tsp oil and add to the chutney.
  • Mix well and serve.
  • Good with idly , dosa...
