CORN FLAKES SWEET PONGAL




NEEDED
2 cups - corn flakes
Jaggery - 3/4 cup ( to ur taste)
Water as required
Elachi powder
Little cashew- roasted
2 sp - ghee

METHOD

  • in a thick bottom pan , add the corn flakes and enough water.
  • Cook on a medium flame.
  • It will become soft , and little water if required.
  • Add grated jaggery , mix well.
  • The corn flakes should get mashed.(or mash it using a masher)
  • Add little ghee.
  • Add nuts ,elachi powder,mix well and remove.
