SIMPLE INDIAN PASTA


NEEDED
pasta - 1 cup
carrot - 1 - finely chopped
onion - 1 finely chopped
cabbage -(opt)
ginger garlic paste
2 tsp tomato ketchup
salt
chilly powder
dhana jeera powder
garam masala
3 tsp oil, jeera , 1 red chilly
corriander

METHOD;

  • In a wok , boil enough water.add the pasta , little salt ,1 tsp oil.
  • cook it soft , drain the water and keep aside .
  • in the same wok add oil temper jeera , red chilly.
  • add ginger garlic paste, onion , fry till light brown 
  • add carrot , fry for 2 min .
  • add salt , chilly powder, dhanajeera powder, garam masala . 
  • last add the pasta , add tomato ketchup . 
  • mix well , garnish with corriander and remove .
