KAJU GREEN POTS


NEEDED
Cashewnut - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 3/4 cup
Water - 1/2 cup( to make sugar syrup)
Food color green - a pinch
FOR STUFFING
gulgund - 2 tbsp
Almond and pista - finely chopped
Kismis -  1 tbsp
Mix this together and keep aside.

METHOD
Powder the cashewnut and keep aside.
Take a thick bottom pan and make sugar syrup ( 1 string ).
Then add the cashewnut powder and stir constant .
Add 2 tsp ghee and green color.
Keep on a medium or low flame .
Keeping stirring till u get  a roti dough consistency.
Remove and allow it to cool .
Then with the kaju dough , make small cups .( same as we make kotukattai cups)
Then fill the gulgund stuffing (1tsp) in the middle.
