BAJARI ALOO ROTI


NEEDED
Bajari ka atta - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt
1 potato - boil, peel and mash
1 finely chopped green chilly or chilli powder
Lukewarm water ( as required for kneading)
Finely chopped corriander

METHOD

  • Knead all the above said items into a soft dough.
  • Keep aside for 1/2 hr .
  • Then make rotis.
  • serve hot with any raita or pickle.
