Ingredient:
1 cup Sabudana / sago/ javarisi
1/2 cup groundnuts (roasted & crushed coarsely)
1 Potato big (boiled, peeled & mashed)
5-6 Green Chilies (crushed)
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Method:
Wash sago thoroughly and drain excess water.
Soak it for 5 hours.
Add all ingredients to it except oil.

Mix well using ur hands.
Make the paste into equal-sized balls and flatten slightly to form patties .
heat sufficient oil in a pan.
Slide the patties in the heated oil on medium flame.

Fry till they are crisp and light brown in color.
Drain them well using a sieve type ladle.

Serve hot with ketchup.
rammi, such lovely recipes..loved each and every one..could you please post the recipe for sabudana kichdi..i aminly want the detailed procedure to soak the sabudana, like how much water needed to soak, how long to soak etc..planning to prepare it the coming week if you post the recipe.. :-)
