CORN SOUP

needed:
sweet corn - 1 cup
( keep 1tsp corn dhana for garnishing)
milk 1/2 cup
water - 1/4 cup
salt and pepper powder to taste
fresh cream - 2 tsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp

method:
grind the corn to a smooth paste adding little water.
In a saucepan, add milk , corn paste , little water and bring to a boil.add sugar, corn dhana and  continue cooking till uniformly mixed.
Add Salt, Pepper powder and fresh cream and give a final boil and remove. Serve piping hot.
