RAW MANGO CHUTNEY

NEEDED:

raw mango( sourless)-1 small - remove skin AND  cut
channa dal - 1/4 cup - soak for 1 hr
1-2 green chilly - slit
oil 1 tsp , mustard- 1tsp
salt
corriander -little

METHOD:
  • grind raw mango, channa dal( without water) to a smooth paste.
  • temper mustard , in 1tsp oil & add the chilly .
  • remove & addto the ground paste.
  • add salt & corriander .
  • mix well & serve with roti.
