CABBAGE CURRY



NEEDED:
1/ 2 Kg cabbage - chopped
2 tbsp soya granules.
1 tomato- chopped
hing
haldi
salt
chilly powder
little oil, jeera
curry leaves, corriander

METHOD:

  • put the soya granules in the boiling water, cook for 2 min & remove. drain the water & keep the chunks aside.
  • in a wok  add oil & temper jeera.
  • add the tomato & the cabbage.
  • add hing , haldi, chilly powder, salt.
  •  sprinkle little water & close the lid ,cook on a medium flame.
  • stir inbetween , so that it doesnt get burnt. now add the chunks &  cook for few min .
  • when the cabbage is light brown & 3/4 th cooked  , add curryleaves, corriander & remove.


NOTE :
Dont over cook the vegetable.
cabbage need not be too soft. so let it be little crunchy.
