ALOO METHI GRAVY SUBJEE


NEEDED:

3 potato- cubed
Methi leaves - finely chopped - 1 cup
2 tomatoes  if small - chopped
Soya granules- 1/2 cup
Hing 
Haldi
Garam masala
1/2tsp sugar
Chilly powder
Dhaniya jeera powder -1 tsp
Salt
Coconut milk powder -2 tsp
Fresh cream -2 tsp
Method:

  • Boil water & add the soya granules. Cook for 2 minutes & remove. Drain the water & keep aside.
  • In a wok temper jeera & add the methi.
  • Cook for few minutes & add the potato, tomato,soya granules. 
  • Add water as required. 
  • Add salt, chilly powder , hing , haldi , garam masala , 1/2 tsp sugar.
  • Close the lid & cook till Aloo is done.
  • Then add coconut milk powder, cook for 2 minutes.  
  • Add fresh cream & remove. 
  • Good with roti.
