NEEDED:
Mini idly - 15
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp jeera
Green chilly - finely chopped or chilly powder
Haldi
Hing
Oil -2 tsp
Finely chopped corriander
Little finely chopped tomato
Onion finely chopped
METHOD:
- Temper mustard , jeera, urad dal & green chilly.
- Add the idly, haldi, hing, little salt.
- Mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove & garnish with corriander, tomatoes.
