MINI IDLY


NEEDED:

Mini idly  - 15
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp jeera
Green chilly - finely chopped or  chilly powder
Haldi
Hing
Oil -2 tsp
Finely chopped corriander
Little finely chopped tomato
Onion  finely chopped

METHOD:
  • Temper mustard , jeera, urad dal & green chilly.
  • Add the idly, haldi, hing, little salt.
  • Mix well  & cook for 2 minutes. 
  • Remove & garnish with corriander, tomatoes.
