Raw banana - 2 -cut
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp urad dal
2 tsp channa dal ( opt )

Method:
- In 2 tsp oil fry the raw banana 1 st till brown & crisp.
- Remove & keep aside.
- In the same wok temper mustard in 1 tsp oil. Add red chilly, urad dal , hing , channa dal ,tamarind & fry till golden brown. Remove & grind without adding water to a rough powder.
- Transfer it to a bowl.
- Then again grind raw banana, without adding water. (Just turn once. )
- transfer it to the same bowl .
- Add salt & mix well.
