RAW BANANA PODI


               

NEEDED:

Raw banana - 2 -cut
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp urad dal
2 tsp channa dal ( opt )
Tamarind little
Red chilly
Hing
Salt
Oil

Method:
  • In 2 tsp oil fry the raw banana 1 st till brown & crisp.
  • Remove & keep aside.
  • In the same wok temper mustard in 1 tsp oil. Add red chilly, urad dal , hing , channa dal ,tamarind &  fry till golden brown. Remove & grind without adding water to a rough powder.
  • Transfer it to a bowl.
  • Then again grind raw banana, without adding water. (Just turn once. )
  • transfer it to the same bowl . 
  • Add salt  & mix well.
