BAJJI MILLAGAI






NEEDED:
10 bajji millagai ( slit AND discard seed.
Palak 10 big leaves

For stuffing: Grated cheese- 1/4 cup
Ginger chilly 1 tsp( grind and add)
Dhaniya jeera powder
Little Salt as req
Amchur powder
Chopped corriander
Hing
Mix everything tog  and; keep aside. ( add spices to ur taste)

Method:


  • Boil the water.add the palak leaf 1 by 1.this will softten the leaf. Keep each leaf seperate.
  • Take a leaf , keep 1 sp of cheese stuffing.
  • Gently fold the edges.
  • Keep this inside the chilly as shown in the picture
  • Prepare a maida batter .(maida, water, pinch salt)
  • let the maida batter be thick , dont keep it too watery.
  • Dip this chilly in the maida and shallow fry.
  • Crush the thin roasted vermicelli and sprinkle above the chilly , while frying.
  • Place 3 -4 at a time.
  • Fry on a medium flame till golden brown.
  • Serve with ketchup.
