NEEDED:
Brinjal 2 big - finely chopped
Onion 1 - chopped
Green chilly
Hing
Haldi/ turmeric powder
Salt
Garam masala
3tsp oil. Mustard. Jeera , urad dal , 1 tsp channa dal
Method:
- Temper mustard, jeera , urad dal , channa dal. add green chilly, onion . Fry till light brown & add the Brinjal.
- Add hing , haldi, garam masala, salt.
- Cook for few min ( brinjal shd get cooked).
- Then add the cooked rice.
- add little salt (for rice) if req .squeeze little lemon juice.
- Mix well & serve
