BRINJAL RICE


NEEDED:

Brinjal 2 big - finely chopped
Onion 1 - chopped
Green chilly
Hing
Haldi/ turmeric powder
Salt
Garam masala
3tsp oil. Mustard. Jeera , urad dal , 1 tsp channa dal

Method:
  • Temper mustard,  jeera , urad dal , channa dal. add green chilly,  onion . Fry till light brown & add the Brinjal. 
  • Add hing , haldi, garam masala, salt.
  • Cook for few min  ( brinjal shd get cooked).
  • Then add the cooked rice.
  • add little salt (for rice) if req .squeeze little lemon juice.
  • Mix well & serve
