KAJU KHUS KHUS KHEER

NEEDED:
1 tbsp-  poppy seeds/ khus khus / kasakasa( soak in water for 1/2 an hr
little kaju/ cashewnut
elachi powder
milk - 1/2 lr
sugar 

METHOD :
  • grind cashew ,khus khus  together  to a smooth paste.
  • in a thick pan pour the milk . 
  • add the sugar  and the cashew paste .
  • keep in medium flame , so that the milk doesn't  pour out . 
  • cook for few min , add elachi powder and remove.
