CREAMY TOMATO PASTA

NEEDED
 shell pasta - cooked
1 tsp olive oil
garlic finely chopped - 1 tsp
chilly flakes
tomato puree (boil 1 big tomato , peel skin and grind )
salt

for white sauce
1 tsp - butter
1 tsp - maida
1 cup - milk


  • in a pan add butter , then add maida and roast slightly .
  • add the milk and mix well.
  • cook for 2 min (semi solid consistency)
  • remove and keep aside.


METHOD

  •  in a pan add oil and roast garlic .
  • add chilly flakes and tomato puree.
  • cook for few minutes and white sauce , salt and mix well .
  • lastly add the cooked pasta .
  • cook for 2 min and remove .
  • garnish with grated cheese.
  • serve with crisp bread.
