SPROUT SALAD


NEEDED
green moong sprout - 1/2 cup
brocolli (florets) - 1 cup
bell pepper - red and yellow - chopped
pepper powder
salt
italian seasoning - opt
1 tsp oil , jeera

METHOD 

  • in a wok add oil and temper jeera .
  • add the brocolli  , add little water , close the lid and cook for few minutes.
  • (brocolli shd be par cooked, there shd be no water )
  • then add the sprout , and bell pepper .
  • add salt , pepper powder, italian seasoning  , toss well ,and remove. 

NOTE 
 brocolli , bell pepper  should be little crisp .
