WHEAT BAJJI


NEEDED
potato - 1 , peel skin ,cut to thin rounds
(Can use any vegetable of ur choice)

FOR BAJJI BATTER
2 cups - wheat flour
1 cup - rice flour or corn flour
salt
chilly powder
hing - a pinch
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
water as required.
Mix this to a thick batter consistency.

METHOD
Dip the potato slice in the batter and deep fry in oil  till golden brown.
