CORN CHEESE NOODLES

NEEDED
1 CUP hakka noodles
butter - 1 tbsp
cheese - 1 tbsp  or 2 cheese slice
corn - 1/2 cup (pressure cooked)
milk - 1/4 cup
italian seasoning - add to ur taste
cruhed pepper
salt

METHOD 

  • boil enough water , add pinch salt  and 1 tsp oil .
  • add the noodles , and cook till done , then drain the water. 
  • (can also wash in cold water to avoid sticking)
  • add little oil to it and gently cluff it so that it doesnt stick . keep aside 



  • in a pan heat butter on a medium flame , add corn and cook  for 2 min 
  • add the noodles, cheese , milk .
  • add salt as required, italian seasoning , pepper powder.
  • mix well and serve hot .


NOTE 
If using cheese slice , 1st dissolve the cheese in luke warm milk , ( creamy texture)
then add to the noodles .
