SURAN FRY / YAM FRY


NEEDED
suran/ yam - 1/4 kg - finely chopped
chilly powder
salt
hing
turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil , mustard , urad dal

METHOD 

  • in a wok add oil and temper mustard , urad dal .
  • add suran .
  • add salt , chilly powder, hing , turmeric . 
  • keep in low flame and cook till brown and crisp .
