Palak - 1 bunch ( discard the stem )
Ginger - 1 small piece (remove skin )
Green chilly - 2
1/2 Lemon
Salt
3 tsp oil , mustard, jeera

- roughly chop the palak , and wash nicely.
- add ginger ,green chilly salt and grind to a smooth paste.
- in a pan add 1/2 tbsp oil and temper mustard,groundnut ,jeera.
- add the palak paste , add hing , turmeric.
- cook for few min and remove .
- in a bowl ,spread the cooked rice , add this prepared palak .
- squeeze 1/2 lemon .
- add salt as required , mix well and serve.
