MASAL VADAI

NEEDED:
channa dal  - 1 cup -  soak for 1 hr
moong dal - 1/4 cup - soak for an hr
1 big onion - chopped
salt
curry leaves
hing
green chilly
garam masala - little (opt)
corriander little
oil for  frying

METHOD:

  • Drain the water the channa dal.
  • add green chilli , hing and curry leaves.
  • grind them coarsely.
  • transfer it to the bowl and add salt ,garam masala,onion and corriander.
  • drain the water from moong dal and add to this.
  • mix well and make vada.
