NEEDED:
channa dal - 1 cup - soak for 1 hr
moong dal - 1/4 cup - soak for an hr
1 big onion - chopped
salt
curry leaves
hing
green chilly
garam masala - little (opt)
corriander little
oil for frying
METHOD:
channa dal - 1 cup - soak for 1 hr

METHOD:
- Drain the water the channa dal.
- add green chilli , hing and curry leaves.
- grind them coarsely.
- transfer it to the bowl and add salt ,garam masala,onion and corriander.
- drain the water from moong dal and add to this.
- mix well and make vada.
