VADA PARUPPU


NEEDED;
yellow moong dal - 1/2  cup
2 tsp grated carrot
2 tsp grated cucumber
1 tsp finely chopped green chilly
little chopped corriander
1/2 tsp oil , mustard
salt

METHOD;

  • soak the yellow moong in water for 1/2 hr.
  • then drain the water.
  • add cucumber , carrot, green chilly , corriander.
  • add salt  , mix well.
  • temper mustard in very little oil and add to the moong .
  • squeeze lemon , mix well and serve.


NOTE
Instead of lemon , u can add finely chopped raw mango .
