1 cup - milk powder
3/4 cup - coco powder ( little more than 1/2 cup )
1 1/2 cup - milk
1/2 cup - white butter
1 3/4 cup - sugar
1 tsp - chocolate essence
mtd:
combine milk powder , coco & 1 cup milk in a bowl , to a paste.
in a thick bottomed pan add sugar & 1/2 cup milk . make sugar syrup , 1 string consistency.
now add the paste to the syrup & stir .
add butter little by little & stir constant till it thickens.
lastly add essence & mix well.
spread in a greased plate & put pieces.
