GREEN GUJRAT

1 tbsp grated coconut,2-3 green chillies,little kalanamak,
1tsp white til,1 handfull corriander, ginger small piece(1/2 the size of
small lemon)

Method:

1.steam palak and  grind to a smooth paste and keep aside.
2.in 2 tbsp of oil temper jeera and  add the vegetables.
3.add little water (1/2 cup) and  cook till soft.
4.then add haldi, hing, dhanajeera powder, pepper powder and  salt
5.add palak paste and  corriander paste, add sugar.
6.cook for 10 min and  remove from flame.
