Needed:
urad dal - 1 cup
ragi flour - 2 cups
salt
oil
METHOD:
urad dal - 1 cup

METHOD:
- soak urad dal for 1/2 hr .
- wash , drain the water and grind it to a smooth paste.( add water if required)
- to this urad paste add ragi flour, salt and mix well .
- Add water and bring it to a dosa batter consstency.
- Pour 1 ladle full of the above batter onto a hot tawa and make dosa.
- serve with chutney.
