1 came out as a yummy thick kheer, other as a tasty milk shake.
needed:
jack fruit - 5 ( discard the seed ) finely chopped
organic jaggery - (grated) add to ur taste
little elachi powder
thick milk - 1 lr

FOR KHEER:
take a thick bottemed pan & pour the milk .
then add the chopped jackfruit.
keep in medium flame.stir occasionally &; see to that the milk doesnt pour out.
cook till the milk is reduced to 1/2 .
now add the jaggery ,elachi powder.
stir well till the jaggery gets dissolved.
remove from flame.
serve it slightly chilled or at room temperature.
can garnish with freshely chopped jack fruit & serve.
FOR MILK SHAKE :
1st boil the milk & keep aside.
Pressure cook the jackfruit. cool & grind it to a smooth paste adding jaggery & milk as req.
transfer it to a bowl & add the boiled milk,elachi powder.
mix well & serve chilled.
