potato -1 big - s . cut
carrot -1 s.cut
cabbage - finely chopped
corn
TO GRIND:
tomato -2
ginger
green chilly
METHOD:
in 1 tbsp oil, add the tomato paste, haldi, dhanajeera powder,red chilly powder
& salt. cook till the oil seperates. add the vegetables, 1/2 tsp sugar & mix well.add water as req . close the lid cook till the veg are cooked.
atlast add fresh cream , mix well & remove .
tastes good with roti...........
note :
instead of cream, u can add little kasuri methi(crushed)atlast . it will give a different taste.
