SAMOSA( with palak & paneer)

needed:
FOR OUTER COVER:
maida- 1 cup
pinch salt
vegetable  oil/dalda- 2 tsp ( melt & add )
water as req
 mix all the above said  items & make a soft, stiff dough.

FOR STUFFING:
palak - 1/2 bunch ( discard stem)
paneer - 200 gms ( crumbled)
hing
salt
(ginger ,green chilly, 1/2 tsp jeera) - grind in a mixy & add
chat masala
kalonji-1/2 tsp (opt)

MTD:
cook the palak in the boiling water for 2 min  & remove ..
squeeze out the excess water from palak & chop then chop the palak.
in a bowl add the chopped palak,crumbled paneer, hing , salt, gingerchilly paste, kalonji & chat masala.
mix gently  & keep aside.

now make small small balls with the maida dough.
take a ball & roll it to a small puri.
cut the puri  *2 , with the knife , so that u have 2 semi circle.
take 1 semi circle & make cone.
now fill 1 tsp palak stuffing inside the cone , & seal the edges  using ur hands.
repeat the same for rest of the dough.
deep fry till light brown ,on a medium flame.
serve with ketchep.
