PALAK SOUP



needed:
1 bunch palak - discard the bottom stem portion
1 carrot - cubed
little cabbage - chopped
2 tomatoes
salt
 pepper powder
fried onion  for garnishing

MTD:
clean, boil and  strain the spinach leaves. reserve the water .
pressure cook tomato, cabbage, carrot , using this water.
allow it to cool  and then grind to a  smooth paste along with spinach.
heat this palak veg puree adding water if req.
add salt and pepper to ur taste.
garnish with fried onion rings and  serve.
