Needed:
1 small cauliflower - grated
1 tomato - chopped
ginger ,green chilly - paste
1 onion - finely chopped
salt
hing
haldi
garam masala
2 tsp oil, jeera- for tempering
Method:
- temper jeera ,fry the onion till light brown.
- then add the tomato AND grated cauliflower.
- add ginger chilly paste, hing, haldi, garam masala and salt.add 1/2 tsp sugar.
- add water as req and cook for few min .
- tastes good with roti.
