CAULIFLOWER BURUJI


Needed:

1 small cauliflower - grated
1 tomato - chopped
ginger ,green chilly - paste
1 onion - finely chopped
salt
hing
haldi
garam masala
2 tsp oil, jeera- for tempering

Method:

  • temper jeera  ,fry the onion till light brown.
  • then add the tomato AND grated cauliflower.
  • add  ginger chilly paste, hing, haldi, garam masala and salt.add 1/2 tsp sugar.
  • add water as req  and cook for few min .
  • tastes good with roti.
