RAJGIRA HALWA

NEEDED:

rajgira atta - 1 cup
sugar - 2  1/4cups
juice of  1/2  lemon
ghee - 1/2 cup
kesari color
badam /almond-  chopped

METHOD:
  •  combine rajgira atta and water as req( semi solid consistency)
  • in a thick bottemed pan , add this rajgira batter and cook on a medium flame for few min.
  • then add the sugar , lemon juice and  stir constant.
  • keep adding ghee little by little.
  • add kesari color and  mix well .
  • stir continuously till u get the halwa constiency , then add the chopped badam and remove.
