Needed:
rajma-1 cup (soak overnight)
1 potato - peel skin , cut big pieces, pressure cook along with rajma
salt
chilly powder
haldi
garam masala powder
1tsp sugar
oil -1 tbsp
TO GRIND:
tomato- 3 big
ginger - 1/2 the lemon size
1 tsp dhaniya
1 tsp jeera
1 onion , garlic- opt
MTD:
- pressure cook rajma & keep aside. .(leave 5-6 whistle)
- in a pan heat oil & add the ground tomato paste.
- add haldi,chillp powder, & cook till the oil seperates .
- then add rajma, aloo & water as req.
- add salt , garam masala & cook for few min . add 1tsp sugar .
- remove from flame & garnish with corriander.
