thick buffalo milk- 1 lr
1/2 cup sugar
ghee 1 tsp
cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
- take a heavy bottemed pan and pour the milk.
- keep in medium flame, see to that the milk doesnt pour out while boiling.
- the milk will then start reducing, keep stirring constant , so that it doesnt stick to the bottom
- add the ghee
- when its reduced to 1/2 , then add sugar .
- keep stirring ,cook till thick and u get a grainy texture .
- the color will also be light brown.
- then remove and allow it to cool .
NOTE: FOR 4 LR MILK U GET 1 kg PALKOKA
