NEEDED:
Mushroom - 1 packet - 200 gms- finely chopped
Tomato - 1 big - chopped
Peas - 1/2 cup
Hing
Haldi
Chilly powder
Salt
Garam masala
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil, mustard , jeera
To grind:
2 tbsp coconut
Cashew nut- 10
2 tbsp coconut
Cashew nut- 10
Method:
- Pressure cook peas & keep aside.
- Temper mustard jeera in little oil .
- Add the mushroom and cook for few min till soft.
- Remove & keep aside.
- In the same pan add 3 tsp oil , add tomato.
- Add haldi, hing, chilly powder, & the coconut paste.
- Cook till it leaves oil in the sides .
- Add the cooked peas , with stock.
- Add the fried mushroom, salt, sugar.
- Cook for few minutes & remove.
